Debbie Stanford - Founder and Director
Debbie is a highly experienced facilitator, coach and leadership specialist, with over 28 years of delivering practical, impactful development across leadership, coaching and personal effectiveness. She works with organisations across the private, public, charity and education sectors, helping people lead well, work better together and deliver stronger results.
What sets Debbie apart is her ability to quickly get to the heart of what’s really going on. Her style is warm, down-to-earth and engaging, balanced with the right level of challenge to help people think differently and move forward. She creates an environment where people feel comfortable to be open and honest, while building the confidence and clarity to take action.

Debbie partners closely with clients to understand their goals, culture and pressures, shaping development that feels relevant and makes a difference back in the workplace. The focus is on turning insight into everyday leadership behaviour, so the impact is seen not just in the session, but in how people lead and perform afterwards.

She holds an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring (Master’s level), is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
